The problem
Bare and blued metal corrodes — holster wear, sweat, and humidity get through oil. Cerakote bonds a ceramic barrier to the surface at under 1 mil thick, so tolerances, serials, and function stay untouched while the finish outlasts the parts under it.
The coverage
Pistol slides, frames, and barrels; rifle components; knives and tools; and carry hardware. Single colors, two-tone builds, or full custom patterns — matched to your holster if you want the complete setup.
The process
Full disassembly, degrease, and media blast for adhesion — then the coating is sprayed and oven-cured in our workshop. You get your piece back reassembled, inspected, and ready to carry.
